A contractual relationship is considered to be created between the operator and the ordering party once the ordering party receives a confirmation email from the operator. The gift voucher in an electronic form (PDF) will be attached to the email. The gift voucher will include a unique number and a code that both serve to identify it and to book and use services based on it.

Every gift voucher can be used only once. Neither the services nor the value of individual gift vouchers can be split. Gift vouchers can cover only accommodation and related services in one accommodation establishment of the operator that the respective ordering party chooses.

Gift vouchers cannot be changed for money (in cash or in a cashless form). After individual gift vouchers are paid for, they cannot be returned anymore and their ordering parties cannot ask to have their paid price returned or to be compensated financially or non-financially.

The validity period of each voucher is written on it. The last day of the validity period must correspond with the last day of the service use (check-out day) at the latest.

Once the validity period specified on any gift voucher expires, the right to use services based on it EXPIRES and the ordering party or the voucher recipient are not entitled to be compensated financially or non-financially. The gift voucher validity period cannot be extended.

Services based on gift vouchers can be booked only offline by email or by phone. Insufficient capacity of accommodation establishment shall not be considered a reason for not using services due to reasons caused by the operator. Reservation department: hotelstmr@tmr.sk;; + 421 44 290 1358.
